Terms of Use

By creating an account or using clipie.ai you ("you") agree to these Terms. If you’re using Clipie on behalf of an organization you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Clipie.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Clipie to:

• generate sexual content involving minors or non-consenting adults;
• impersonate a real person or produce content intended to deceive;
• train other generative models on our outputs without a separate license;
• circumvent watermarks, safety filters, or usage meters;
• violate the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

Prompt / output moderation is applied on best-effort basis; we may suspend accounts that repeatedly trip safety filters.

Content ownership

You keep ownership of the prompts you write and the outputs generated from them, subject to each underlying model’s own license terms. Commercial use is allowed on paid tiers; seepricingfor details per plan.

Credits + billing

• Credits are held on submit and committed on success. Failed jobs are refunded automatically.
• Monthly subscription credits roll over 30-60 days depending on plan; one-time credit packs never expire.
• We may adjust model pricing with 30 days’ notice. Your effective rate for in-flight subscriptions is locked to the current billing period.
• All prices are in USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on the paid tiers. The Service is provided "as is" on the Free tier. Enterprise SLAs are covered by a separate agreement.

Termination

You can close your account any time from Settings → Profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we’ll email account holders 14 days before the effective date.
