Privacy Policy

Clipie (Telloria, Inc., "we") takes your privacy seriously. This policy describes what data we collect when you use clipie.ai and related services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account: email, display name, locale, hashed password.
• Content: prompts, uploaded reference images, generated assets, project + recipe activity.
• Billing: Stripe customer id + transaction metadata. We never see full card numbers.
• Telemetry: job success rate, latency, client error traces via Sentry + PostHog (privacy-mode enabled by default).

How we use it

• Run the models you invoke, mirror their outputs to our CDN, and serve you the result.
• Charge your workspace’s credits and bill your payment method per your subscription.
• Improve routing, estimate accuracy, and operational reliability.
• Reply to support requests and deliver transactional emails (password reset, verify, job complete).

Third parties

Generation runs on partner models (Volcengine / ByteDance, OpenAI, Kuaishou, Luma, RunwayML, Black Forest Labs, and our own in-house Aura stack). Your prompts and reference images are forwarded to the selected provider to produce the output you requested.

Data residency + retention

• Primary storage: Google Cloud Platform, us-central1.
• Generated assets: kept until you delete them.
• Uploads: 180 days, then moved to cold storage; 365 days to full deletion unless referenced by a saved project.
• Audit + operational logs: 400 days, then rolled up to anonymous aggregates.

Your rights

You can request an export of everything we have about you via/me/export or by emailing privacy@clipie.ai. Account deletion is available from Settings → Profile and removes all personal data within 30 days.
