We closed most of the Higgsfield parity gap this week. Ten batches shipped end-to-end β new creative surfaces, a curated feed, a SOTA catalog refresh, and iOS PWA polish. Highlights:
Brand Kit
/workspace/brand holds your palette, logo, tagline, preferred voice, and music mood. Every composer appends a compact hint to the prompt so generations stay on brand without extra prompting. Client-side for v1 (zustand + localStorage); server-side sync lands when multi-user workspaces need it.
AI Director
/create/director turns a one-line brief into a 4-6 beat cinematic script via Claude Haiku, streamed live. One click sends it to Storyboard, which cuts it into 6 shots and drives the batch render + FFmpeg stitch we shipped last month.
Lipsync Studio
/create/lipsync wires an image, a voice (inline OpenAI TTS or your upload), and Seedance 2.0'sreference_audio_url into a single composer. Zero new backend β mouth-sync was latent in Seedance 2.0 all along; we just gave it a surface.
Moodboard (Photodump)
/create/moodboard lets you drop 3-8 reference images. Seedance 2.0 harmonises palette, subject, and composition so your shots feel like one campaign instead of ten prompts.
Clipie Originals
/originals is the new editor-picked feed. Filters the public Showcase by the is_featured flag we already have in the moderation surface, so curation flows through the same approve action admins were already using.
FX library: 19 β 69
Four new packs: transitions (10), elements (10), lens FX (10), mixed-media styles (10). Plus an Angles 2.0 + Skin Enhancer pack (10) that rides flux-fill at strength 0.55-0.78 so it retouches without destroying identity. Category filters land on the /fx library for the new buckets.
SOTA catalog refresh
Veo 3.1, Kling 3, WAN 2.6, Hailuo 02, Nano Banana Pro, Flux 2, GPT Image 1.5 all live in the router catalog. Served by the mock fallback until real provider API keys flip them on β so pricing math and the model picker work today, and the router picks the real providers automatically once keys land.
iOS PWA
appleWebApp.capable + a Safari-specific install walkthrough. Full-screen standalone, matched status bar, and "Add to Home Screen" guidance on iPhone without browser chrome hijacking the layout.
What's next
Phase 3 groundwork β Collab v1 (presence cursors on shared projects), a frame-extract action so you can pluck stills from any rendered video, and real provider integrations for the SOTA shelf. The gap to Higgsfield keeps shrinking.
